Her students 'Wild Honey' were in the top 6 on CMT's hit show "Can You Duet" and 2 of her students signed Record Deals.Jessica Ford is also a Professional Singer and Published Songwriter. She was 2nd runner up to Miss California State receiving the 1st ever perfect score in talent from all 17 judges and Ambassadress Of The California State Talent Competition. Jessica Ford has been called upon for her singing and teaching expertise by Taillight TV, CMT, Free Mantel Media, Disney, ABC, CBS, Williams Management, Kane Entertainment, Galactico Music, Paramount, Next Number One Publishing, Streeterville Studios, 3 Ball Productions, Eclectic Productions, The Nashville Muse, Artist Development Network, RadioActive Promotions, Bernard Porter Artist Development and many more. Recording Studios all over the USA send their Recording Artists to Jessica for voice lessons, studio recording techniques and performance coaching. Jessica Ford is Nashville's Premiere Vocal Coach. She brought her reputation and techniques from The Bay Area, California where she had been teaching and performing professionally for many years. In 1991, after winning 7 Grand State Champion Awards, in all seven vocal categories, at the California State Performing Arts Competition, the board of directors awarded Jessica the Ambassadress of the California State Talent Competition then Youth Focus sponsored her in the Miss California State Pageant. Singing a blues rendition of Battle Hymn of the Re, Jessica became the first contestant to ever receive perfect scores from all seventeen judges. She received not only the Onstage Talent Award but also a new award was created for her to acknowledge her perfect scores. She finished the pageant as 2nd alternate to Miss California State and used her scholarship award towards AMDA, The American Music And Dramatic Academy on New York. |
